The U.S. National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) now includes two prohibitions against nefarious networks. NDAA Section 889, Part A prohibits the U.S. government from obtaining telecommunications equipment and services produced by selected Chinese companies. Part B applies to government contractors and suppliers and prohibits them from contracting with any entity that uses these same Chinese telecommunications products and services.
Few government agencies and contractors can comply. They lack visibility into the systems needed to identify noncompliant components.
In this webinar, you will learn whether your organization is required to comply, and:
- How to identify noncompliant endpoint devices from the five banned Chinese manufacturers (Huawei Technologies Company, ZTE Corporation, Hytera Communications Corporation, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Company, Dahua Technology Company), allowing you to disable or replace them
- How an organization discovered they had 367% more noncompliant devices active on their networks than what their original toolset discovered
- How to maintain compliance with NDAA, protect your ability to bid on future government contracts and help avoid possible fines for noncompliance
