The ScreenMeet products and services (“ScreenMeet”) are provided by Tanium, as an authorized reseller, under the terms and conditions defined at: https://www.screenmeet.com/terms-and-conditions (the “ScreenMeet Terms“).
The ScreenMeet Terms govern Customer’s use of the ScreenMeet Products. The ScreenMeet Terms do not apply to Tanium’s products or services, which are licensed separately by Tanium.
If Customer is purchasing directly from Tanium, Tanium will invoice Customer and Customer will pay Tanium for the ScreenMeet Products in accordance with the payment terms set forth in the applicable quote or order. If Customer orders through a Tanium authorized reseller (“Reseller”), all terms of pricing, payment, taxes, discounts, invoicing, and shipping are solely subject to Customer’s agreement with the reseller.
All support for the ScreenMeet Products will be provided directly by ScreenMeet in accordance with the ScreenMeet Terms.
