Helping to Maintain the Health and Safety of Tanium Team Members and Our Customers During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) OutbreakBy Tanium
As the global community responds to the Coronavirus outbreak, we are sharing the actions we are taking in the spirit of transparency and social responsibility. These actions are part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the health and safety of our team members, customers, partners and all of their families. They are as follows:
- As of today, we urge all Tanium team members worldwide to work from home until further notice. Tanium offices will remain open in a limited capacity.
- Tanium is restricting all business-related travel to essential customer travel only. Team meetings, such as offsites or business reviews, are postponed or have shifted to virtual formats. We have also limited our participation in industry events until further notice.
- Our facilities team is supplying all global offices with various supplies including hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, keyboard cleaner and air purifiers. We are also working with janitorial vendors to ensure additional sterilizing and deep cleaning is performed at all Tanium offices worldwide.
- We have organized a cross-functional task force which meets on a daily basis to proactively identify issues and impacts, respond to team member and customer concerns and make adjustments to policy based on the most current information about the outbreak. We continuously inform our team members of updates to the precautionary measures stated above every two weeks, or as conditions change.
Like many others across our industry and other industries, we are monitoring and carefully implementing the advice from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and the public health authorities in other countries.
