Join CDW and Tanium for a “Pork 101” class with pitmaster and Tender Smokehouse owner, Dante Ramirez! This mouthwatering experience will set you on a journey to mastering the art of cooking pork shoulder and spareribs. These skills can be learned and used in your own kitchen! Food and beverages will be served.
In addition, each attendee will be custom fit onsite for a cowboy hat of their choosing, valued at up to $200!
