Tim Millikin

Tim Millikin is a Partner at TPG, a leading global alternative asset management firm. Tim co-leads the firm’s investment activity in software and enterprise technology and has helped establish the franchise as market leading. He has more than 15 years of experience investing in and growing leading technology companies, with distinct expertise in cybersecurity and vertical software for end-markets undergoing critical digital transformations. Tim currently serves as a Board Director or Observer for Barracuda, Catalis, Delinea, Elite, Everfox, Infinidat and Tanium. He has also led or been involved with many of TPG’s current and prior technology investments including Box, Ellucian, Expanse, Guardicore, McAfee, Renaissance Learning, SunGard, and Zscaler. Prior to joining TPG in 2007, Tim worked in the Technology M&A group at Morgan Stanley where he advised on and executed M&A transactions across the enterprise software, Internet, technology hardware, and services sectors. Tim holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BA in economics from Dartmouth College.
