As we round out another exciting and successful award season that included Tanium placing on FORTUNE’s 100 Best Companies to Work For, being recognized as a Great Place to Work in the United Kingdom, France, and Japan, and, just today, being honored as a Best Workplace in Technology— I am reflecting on what makes Tanium such a special place to work.
As Chief People Officer at Tanium, I have the privilege of hearing directly from our team members each year on why they think Tanium is a great place to work. Tanium protects people, defends data, and secures systems behind the critical infrastructure and services that make up the backbone of our global economy and society. A people-first philosophy
