Quote Terms for Customer Acceleration Packages

All Training Packages are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the customer’s agreement with Tanium and the Training Supplemental Terms and Conditions.

Each Training Package is aligned with the number of endpoints purchased with the initial purchase. The Training Package and contents of the Training Package cannot be exchanged, upgraded, or downgraded.

There are no substitutions for items included in the Training Package. All Training Packages are final and non-cancelable.

Access to Web Based Trainings and Exam Vouchers (as noted within the Training Package’s Product Description) will be provided to the training Point of Contact during the fulfillment period. Enrollment keys loaded with the number of licenses allotted will be sent to the training point of contact for distribution.

For a Training Package that requires the customer to choose the specific course title and quantity within the limits of the package (TAN-TRN-WWTXBUNDLE-WBT), the customer has ninety (90) days from the purchase date to choose the course and quantity. A form will be provided by the Tanium Training delivery team for the customer to complete. If a choice is not made within ninety (90) days from the purchase date, the Tanium Training team will determine and fulfill based on the modules purchased.

(For Example: If a package has twenty (20) credits for a Working with Tanium course – the customer can choose five (5) Working with Tanium Patch, five (5) Working with Tanium Comply, (five) 5 Working with Tanium Deploy, and five (5) Working with Tanium Threat Response for their package)

This includes 5 Tanium Essentials WBT, 1 Administrator WBT, 2 TCO exam vouchers and 1 TCA exam voucher. No substitutions. Access to bundle SKUs will be for one (1) year from the Order Date.
TAN-TRN-TIER3BUNDLE Endpoint Customer Training Package – Tier 3 Bundle to include 10K to 15K Endpoints 10000 – 14999 Endpoint Bundle for a range of 10001 – 14999 Endpoints. This includes 5 Virtual Public ILT of Tanium Essentials, 4 Administrator WBT, 2 WWT Core WBT, 20 WWT WBT module of choice, 4 TCO exam vouchers and 2 TCA exam vouchers. No substitutions. Access to bundle SKUs will be for one (1) year from the Order Date.
TAN-TRN-TIER4BUNDLE Endpoint Customer Training Package – Tier 4 Bundle to include 15K to 25K Endpoints 15000 – 24999 Endpoint Bundle for a range of 15001 – 24999 Endpoints. This includes 1 Tanium Essentials VILT for 10 students, 1 Administrator VILT for 10 students, 5 Tanium Essentials WBT, 5 Administrator WBT, 5 WWT Core WBT, 25 WWT WBT module of choice, 4 TCO exam vouchers and 2 TCA exam vouchers. No substitutions. Access to bundle SKUs will be for one (1) year from the Order Date.
TAN-TRN-TIER5BUNDLE Endpoint Customer Training Package – Tier 5 Bundle to include over 25K Endpoints 25K + Endpoint Bundle for a range of greater than 25000 Endpoints. This includes 1 Tanium Essentials VILT for 10, 1 Administrator VILT for 10, 10 Tanium Essentials WBT, 10 Administrator WBT, 7 WWT Core WBT, 25 WWT WBT module of choice, 5 TCO exam vouchers and 3 TCA exam vouchers. No substitutions. Access to bundle SKUs will be for one (1) year from the Order Date.
