The results found that Tanium ranked highly in the categories of trust and teamwork, dedication to customer success and pride in the company. Among highlighted results, 97% of Tanium team members rated the company as a great workplace for its welcoming atmosphere and 94% noted that their work has special meaning. Great Place to Work® analyzed anonymous survey feedback representing more than 189,000 employees at Great Place to Work-CertifiedTM organizations. Employees completed Great Place’s anonymous Trust Index survey, answering questions about how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace, including their assessment of the honesty and quality of communication by managers, degree of support for employees’ personal and professional lives and the authenticity of relationships with colleagues.
